In order to deliver the finished hardware solution, AEIS has developed valuable business relationships to realise electrical and mechanical hardware.

Producing an integrated solution often means working at mechanical level also.

For example, the inertia of a moving part could be a significant parameter, to be optimised, of your electromechanical prototype.

Mechanical solutions such as test rigs mockup fixtures can be arranged and put in operation in very short times.

For what concerns electronic hardware we can assist you with:

PCB manufacturing: one, two or more layers (SMT & Through-Hole technology). Our PCB iteration times are as short as two weeks and our electronics designs quickly turned into PCBs.

Procurement of electronic components of every kind with a significant buying power.

Italian

PCB assembly: most modern machinery available to assemble our Through-Hole or SMT designs. If the PCB requires it, hand-made assembly is possible.

If needed, ICT (In Circuit Testing ) is also available.
