                      AEIS is an engineering company with a young and dynamic attitude combined with a consistent, variegated and multinational experience in the industry.

Within the organisation, Massimo initially worked on FPGA design, power-electronics design and also on the mathematical modelling of many interesting industrial systems.

His "broad spectrum" capability to engineer, particularly effective during integration, lead him later on to play the role of system engineer in one of the projects going on at the time.

                      System engineering is also applicable to the design of electrical plants and particularly to photovoltaic plant

Amongst academical achievements are his " Laurea di Dottore in Ingegneria Elettronica ", and his enrolment to the chart of engineers both obtained with top marks at the " Universita' Politecnica delle Marche" in Italy, and also the "Certificate of Proficiency in English " awarded to him by Cambridge University in England.
